Soil in Science

The kiddos did an amazing job today investigating different types of soil. They worked really well as a team, sharing jobs, and using the microscopes. Hope they tell you all about what they observed.

First Week

The students are so well behaved and interested in learning.

First Day

We made it! Everyone had a great first day back to school. I hope by now your child is already sharing some favorites about the day. I look forward to an awesome year.

Welcome Back

I hope everyone has enjoyed a safe, but fun summer. Mine was busy, but enjoyable, and went by way tooooooo fast. Spend the last couple of weeks relaxing before the busy school year begins.

Here are a couple of important dates for next week:

Tuesday, August 19 Welcome Walks 5:00-7:00
Teachers are looking forward to meeting everyone.

Thursday, August 21 Meet the Teacher/ Supply Drop Off
3rd-5th: 6:00-6:30
Then right afterwards we will have parent orientation from 6:30-7:00.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year and welcome back! I can't believe we have already completed one half of the school year. Time goes by so fast. I'm sure this semester will do the same. We have a lot to learn as well as testing and extra activities that take place throughout the year. Our first week back went well and we have already started digging into our new units of study.I look forward to another successful semester!
