Tabs and BoxTops

Keep collecting those tabs from cans. You have until Wednesday, Dec. 19 to get them to school. Ask friends, family, neighbors, or even co-workers to help.
Also, don't forget we are always taking BoxTops. Turn them in at any time. Thanks for all your help.

Tabs for Ronald

I hoped everyone had the opportunity to check your childs home folder yesterday afternoon.  Third grade is starting a service learning project and we need your help.  We are asking all Forest North families and friends to begin collecting tabs froms cans.  Send them to school with your child until Decemeber 19. Then the third graders will collect the tabs from all the teachers and turn them in to the Ronald McDonald House. We will start additional advertising this week. Thanks for participating and for helping our third graders make a difference for the community.

Winter Performance

Hope to see you all tonight at the Winter Performance.  Choir members need to arrive at 5:45 and go to the music room.  Everyone else needs to arrive at 6:15 and go to the library.  They looked and sounded great this afternoon. Hope you can make it!

Mark your calendars for the Barnes and Noble book fair this Saturday, Dec. 1 from 10-10.  More information is coming home soon.

The field trip went well today.  The kids did a great job of representing Forest North and the play itself was wonderful.  The student's loved seeing the book we read come alive! We came back and immediately completed a Venn Diagram because students were full of noticings of similarities and differences.
